Job summary

Veeam is seeking a senior software team lead in Warsaw to supervise a backend-focused group of 4-5 developers, shaping features and guiding code reviews.

You will translate business requirements, estimate efforts, and communicate with stakeholders while growing technical and leadership skills. The role emphasizes hands-on development in C#, .NET, and REST within a dynamic, global team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development in commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .Net, Win API, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience as a team leader in a group of 4-5 developers.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, self-control and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team’s day-to-day operations
• Analyze and establish business requirements in collaboration with the product management team
• Develop new product features, currently focusing on backend
• Estimate the efforts required for feature implementation, including costs and capacity
• Develop your hard and soft skills together with the team
• Make technical decisions
• Lead and involve others into code reviews
• Ensure work atmosphere inside of the team, team members learning and motivation
• Communicate with the project’s stakeholders
• Establish and review communication and processes inside of the team: prepare and perform regular meetings, planning, daily, retro
