Job summary

Vialto in Katowice is seeking a Tax Compliance Associate to support the tax processes for employees on international assignments and to minimize tax risks for the organization while ensuring compliance with cross‑border regulations.

Job Description

In this position, your role is essential in upholding compliance with tax regulations and optimizing tax processes for employees on international assignments. This position is key in handling the tax consequences of global mobility and facilitating a smooth transition for employees across different countries. Your main objective is to reduce tax‑related risks and costs, while ensuring that both the organization and its employees adhere to relevant tax laws.

Our Requirements

Essential Skills:

• Good level of English language
• Ability to work in a team

• Valid work permit

Desired Skills

• Knowledge or experience in the field of finance or taxes
• MS Excel knowledge
• Knowledge of Polish language will be an asset
