Job description
Overview
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of income sourcing policies.
  • Coordinate with external advisors and local teams on partner tax compliance and audits.
  • Monitor partner tax payments and ensure timely filings.
  • European Tax Projects:
  • Support the implementation and documentation of transfer pricing policies.
  • Assist with VAT and withholding tax queries from local offices.
  • Ensure compliance with Mandatory Disclosure Rules.
  • Provide input on mobility-related tax issues as well as support tax planning and risk mitigation efforts.
  • Assist in training local and European finance teams on tax-related matters.
  • Maintain documentation and records to support compliance and audit readiness in timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist in tax-related data maintenance in partner capital and current accounts.
  • Support the implementation of partner distribution policies and payment monitoring.
  • Provide data and analysis to support reporting to Management and relevant committees.
Our requirements
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax; professional qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CTA) preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within a multinational or professional services environment.
  • Solid understanding of international taxation aspects (including PE, WHT, avoiding double taxation, profits allocation, specificity of tax-transparent and hybrid entities).
  • Experience in international/multi-country income taxes compliance of individuals would be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems and tax software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
