Infosys in Poland is looking for a Tax & Accounting Process Lead in Lodz with hybrid or remote options. You will lead finance and tax processes, perform data analysis, and coordinate client discussions with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of experience, strong SAP and Excel (VBA) skills, plus fluency in English and Polish. The role emphasizes process improvements, client-facing duties, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Finance & Accounting processes including RTR, OTC, PTP and Tax.
• Excellent command of English and Polish (B2+).
• Strong knowledge of SAP and MS Excel with VBA macros.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and negotiations.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and proactive approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform Finance, Accounting and Tax processes for internal and external projects.
• Conduct data analysis and provide clear overviews to support decisions.
• Lead client calls and negotiations with cross-functional teams.
• Drive improvements across business processes and tax-related projects.
• Support engagements related to tax processes and transitions to outsourcing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and sharing best practices.
