Job summary

Granum, a leading software company serving landscapers and arborists across North America, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting for SDR, Onboarding, and Support, building a bench of strong candidates for rapid deployment. You will source proactively via LinkedIn Recruiter, your network, and Granum's top performers, while maintaining current pipeline data in Greenhouse.

You will report to the VP, People & Culture, owning a function Granum is actively investing

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to own a high-volume, recurring workload.
• Confident outbound outreach and cold conversations.
• Maintain a candidate bench over months.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS.
• Interest in AI for recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Act as Granum's ambassador to the talent market.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for SDR, Onboarding, and Support roles.
• Source proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, and top performers.
• Keep candidate pipeline data current in Greenhouse.
• Balance business needs with candidate experience.
• Take on other duties to support the team.
