Job Overview

As Talent Acquisition Senior Representative you will be acting as trusted advisor and work closely with hiring managers and candidates during end to end hiring process . You will be providing staffing support for corporate functions with a goal of filling open roles with qualified talent while achieving target metrics and system accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Managing end to end recruiting cycle through sourcing, interviewing, offering and onboarding process;
  • Developing and executing recruitment strategy with strong emphasis on leveraging creative tools to identify passive talent for current and future needs;
  • Identifying and managing right talent;
  • Developing and maintaining strong work relationships with multiple stakeholders on different seniority levels;
  • Acting as a key point of contact for employees regarding internal moves and referral program;
  • Preparing regular reports on progress in hiring versus transition plans;
  • Taking ownership of different initiatives and projects in TA and broader HR area;
  • Delivering talent insights to support hiring decisions and talent allocation.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4-5 years of previous experience in Talent Acquisition (recruiting and sourcing);
  • Current or previous experience as a TA Representative responsible for multiple functions;
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written);
  • Experience with ATSs;
  • Knowledge of MS Office package;
  • Ability to work under pressure, good stress management;
  • Ability to multi-task and consistently work against the right priorities.
