The Role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support Clinical Delivery hiring across the UK, Switzerland, and Germany, focusing on both high-volume clinical roles and senior management positions. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to deliver end to end recruitment, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Strong sourcing skills and the ability to maintain high service quality and stakeholder satisfaction are essential.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring teams across the UK, Switzerland, and Germany to deliver end-to-end recruitment support for both high-volume clinical roles and senior management positions.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines of active and passive candidates, leveraging strong sourcing expertise to attract top talent across diverse markets.
  • Balance strategic hiring needs with operational delivery, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for candidates and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to scalable TA processes while supporting business growth and clinical delivery goals.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in an in house or RPO setting, with a focus on both high-volume and senior-level hiring.
  • Strong sourcing expertise, including the use of advanced search techniques (e.g. Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, social media) to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Experience recruiting in international markets, preferably across the UK & Germany.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple roles at once while delivering a high-quality and consistent candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Clear and professional communication skills in English; German language skills are a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first, and mission-driven environment.
