SC Johnson GmbH is offering a 6-month Internship in Talent Acquisition based in Warsaw, Poland. You will work with recruiters across the EMEA region, gain end-to-end recruitment exposure, and support employer branding projects while networking with senior HR and business stakeholders.

The role includes administrative support, ATS system involvement with Workday, and collaboration on regional campaigns. A Bachelor degree and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• English fluent (written and spoken).
• Experience or interest in HR/recruitment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
• Work with Workday ATS system (Workday) – reviewing applications.
• Assist recruiters with campus recruitment and event organization.
• Support regional employer branding projects with external partners.
