Talent Acquisition Business Partner with French

Reporting to Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing candidates through various channels until the candidate is hired. TABP develops recruiting strategies to address their business stakeholders needs by leveraging market data and insights.

They forge strong strategic relationships with Hiring Managers, Business leaders, HR, and potential hires, ensuring a great customer experience and offering best in class candidate experience.

They proactively create talent pipelines for current and future talent needs.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate direct candidates from a variety of sources including use of social media LinkedIn
  • Own/Lead relationships with businesses/functions. This includes providing the leaders and HR with best practice/continuous improvement to recruitment approach, regular updates on recruiting metrics/KPIs, strategies to address talent needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers through alignment meeting to understand business requirements, agree on sourcing strategy, advise on selection/assessment techniques/criteria and next steps to support business needs.
  • Realize strategies to address talent needs (short- and long-term). Managing risk effectively and flagging issues that may impact delivery.
  • Serve as the McCormick Talent Brand Ambassador to the external market – utilizing social media tools and relevant sourcing strategies to create awareness and excitement in the market about McCormick as an employer of choice.
  • Provide a best-in-class experience for all candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders ensuring timeliness and clarity in communication, feedback and overall hiring process steps.
  • Participate in projects across Talent Acquisition disciplines as required and directed to support achievement of business objectives.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Fluent English and French are required . Other European language would be a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business, HR, Psychology, or another relevant field is nice to have.
  • Experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition either leading high-volume projects or corporate environments. Agency, RPO or in-house recruiting experience would be a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in identifying market trends and researching information through various channels.
  • Experience in sourcing and knowledge of social media sourcing techniques.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize projects and deliverables.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality .
