THE ROLE

You will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition team and will play pivotal role in supporting our team in finding the best talent on the market and making sure that our recruitment process and candidate experience are second to none.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Source, screen and occasionally interview candidates
  • Recruitment process coordination: interview scheduling, post‑interview follow‑up and candidate correspondence
  • Utilise a variety of sourcing strategies to identify suitable candidates for roles ranging from data consultants, technical and corporate roles
  • Reach out to potential candidates to present them with new job opportunities
  • Build a pipeline of future talent through market research and continuous networking

  • Previous experience in recruiting or HR would be a plus
