Job summary

Motorola Solutions Polska Sp.z.o.o is seeking a Systems Integration, Test and Deployment Engineer to lead on-site deployment and validation of Dimetra/TETRA systems. You will analyze requirements, design tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality system integration.

You will travel to customer sites, perform SAT/FAT, and optimize deployments, leveraging Agile methodologies and automated testing where possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, ICT, CS, Electronics, Automation or related field.
• Solid understanding of IP networks (IPv4), routing protocols, TCP/IP, and telecom RF signaling.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix/Windows OS environments.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites domestically and internationally (60–70% of the time).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for on-site collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements for Dimetra/TETRA systems and design test scenarios.
• Execute functional system-level tests, analyze results, and debug interfaces.
• Deploy, configure, and integrate Dimetra features at customer sites.
• Conduct SAT/FAT and validate features on customer infrastructure.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and system tuning during deployment.
• Prepare configurations for Transport Network, Base Stations, Core Servers, and SW apps.
• Collaborate with Architects, System Designers, and development teams using Agile/Scrum.
