• We are looking for a process engineer to work on DaVinci — a project that improves internal Algothic processes. DaVinci accumulates experience of individual teams and creates scalable processes for the whole company. The project lets Algothic improve the quality of our service.
• 34 people on DaVinci team work in 6 sub-teams. One of the teams, ProcessOps, automates manual business processes and improves already automated ones.
• The processes we have already automated include software development sprints, employee onboarding, probation review, employee relocation, recruiting, Algothic Academy education, employee dismissal, and many more.
• Team: Product Owner, Project Manager, Tech Lead, QA Lead, 6 Process Engineers, 17 Software Engineers, 3 DevOps Engineers, 3 QA Engineers, 1 Writer.

What a Process Engineer will do:

• Collect and document process requirements
• Develop and implement business processes in Algothic using Camunda Modeler and BPMN
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure processes’ quality
• Implement continuous feedback loop with process’ end-users
• Work at DaVinci End-User Support
• Write feature requirements for DaVinci software developers
• Analyze Algothic as a system

What we expect from a Process Engineer:

• 2-3 years of experience in analysis, design, and documentation of an organization’s business processes
• Using BPMN or other formal notations
• Implementation of new business processes or other changes in the organization
• Forming user and functional requirements for development teams
• Applying systems analysis to find solutions
• At least Intermediate level of English

Will be a plus:

• Experience in process automation
