Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a System Analyst to analyze business and system requirements in the payments area and support the implementation of new functionalities. The role connects business needs with technology, ensuring high-quality delivered solutions.

You will work on card products, collaborating with payment organizations and cross-functional teams, and contribute to data and system migrations. A hybrid work model is available in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in system or business-system analysis in cards/payments.
• Strong knowledge of credit card functionalities and related services.
• Familiarity with UML and BPMN notation, SQL.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
• Knowledge of implementation, testing, and system development processes.
• Proficiency in English enabling smooth work with documentation and stakeholders.
• Open to hybrid work in Warsaw (2 days a week).
• Located in Poland and fluent in Polish.
