Job summary

International sensor company in Bielsko-Biała is seeking a System Engineer to diagnose, guide, and resolve IT issues, ensuring smooth operations. Hybrid work model (~2 days a month) and collaboration with an international team are offered.

Responsibilities include 2nd/3rd line support, system stability, automation, release coordination, and IT security monitoring. Fluency in English is required; Polish or other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in system engineering or a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Server and Client environments.
• Hands-on AD / Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation; Python is an advantage.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), including VM management.
• Good understanding of IT security practices (endpoint protection, monitoring).
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent training.
• Fluent English; German or other languages are a plus.
