Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced System Analyst to join an international Scrum team working on a banking-sector project. You will perform functional and system analysis, create documentation, model integrated solutions, and collaborate with analysts to define solution architecture.

Fluency in Polish, advanced English, and 3+ years of experience are required. The role involves supporting design, development, testing and deployment across IT systems, with offices in Poland and a focus on

Join projects we deliver for a client from the banking sector. We are looking for someone who will successfully fit into an international team working daily in Scrum. If you have experience in system analysis in the banking sector.

Your tasks

• Performing functional and system analysis
• Creating system analysis documentation (data models, interface specifications for integration, data flows, activity diagrams, system architecture diagrams, others as needed by the project)
• Modeling solutions considering integration aspects with other systems
• Collaborating with system and business analysts to prepare solution architecture
• Providing analytical support during design, programming, testing, and deployment of new or modified IT systems

Requirements

• Analytical skills
• At least 3 years of experience in system analysis
• Proficiency in REST API, SQL, and Enterprise Architect
• Ability to use tools for gathering and modeling user requirements and translating them into IT system (solution) requirements
• Advanced English language skills
• Required presence in Poland and fluent Polish language skills
