Job summary

SayGames in Warsaw is seeking a System Administrator to join and strengthen our team. You will monitor system health, provide hardware/software support, and manage service tickets end-to-end.

The role requires 2+ years in a similar position with solid Windows/Linux/macOS administration knowledge, networking basics, and troubleshooting skills. On-site with flexible schedules and strong equipment provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a system administrator or in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS administration.
• Understanding of networking (TCP/IP): configuring local networks, routing, VPN.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to find solutions independently.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the health and availability of company systems and services.
• Providing technical support to employees on hardware and software issues.
• Handling requests in the Service Desk system: logging, analyzing, and resolving tickets end-to-end.
• Managing user accounts and access (email, domain, internal services, etc.).
• Administering the company's Atlassian Cloud stack (Jira, Confluence): projects, workflows, permissions, and automation rules.
• Administering the company's server infrastructure and network equipment.
• Setting up and configuring workstations for new employees.
• Installing and maintaining standard software.

• Knowledge of SQL (MySQL).
