Requirements

• Syndigo PIM Specialist with proven, hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and implementing solutions on the Syndigo platform.
• Design and optimize complex Product Information Management (PIM) processes, including multi-stage workflows, business rules, validation logic, conditional routing, task assignments, approval processes, and automated email notifications.
• Strong understanding of the Syndigo data model, including primary and related entities, attributes, relationships, reference data, and digital assets.
• Translate business requirements and data governance needs into scalable, maintainable, and efficient Syndigo configurations.
• Design, configure, and optimize complex, multi-stage workflows within the Syndigo platform.
• Implement business rules, validation logic, conditional routing, approval processes, and role-based task assignments.
• Configure automated email alerts and notifications to support business workflows and data management processes.
• Analyze and configure Syndigo data models, including primary entities, related entities, attributes, reference data, and entity relationships.
• Manage digital assets and configure their associations with products and other business entities.
• Translate functional and business requirements into detailed technical designs and platform configurations.
• Review existing configurations and recommend improvements aligned with Syndigo best practices.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Provide technical guidance and participate in solution design reviews with the project team.
• Prepare technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer to the internal delivery team.
• Syndigo certification or completion of relevant Syndigo University training.
• Proven hands-on experience delivering Syndigo PIM or MDM implementations.
• Strong practical experience in Syndigo workflow design and configuration.
• Experience implementing complex business rules, validation logic, conditional routing, and automated notifications.
• Good understanding of Syndigo entity models, product relationships, reference data, and digital asset management.
• Experience managing complex business processes involving multiple roles, approval stages, and exception handling.
• Hands-on experience with testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and production stabilization.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and data management teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good command of both Polish and English.
• Experience delivering Syndigo solutions in retail, product data management, supplier onboarding, or product creation.
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs, data imports and exports, and environment migration across development, test, and production.
• Experience working in a multi-vendor delivery model involving customers, implementation partners, and software vendors.
• Experience mentoring consultants and providing structured knowledge transfer, coaching, and shadowing support.
