Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Syndigo MDM Developer to join our client’s IT system house in Europe. Based in Düsseldorf, you will configure, develop, and support the Syndigo platform to meet master-data requirements for a stable go-live and ongoing operations.

You will design end-to-end Syndigo MDM across Product, Location, and Supplier domains, define data models, manage access data, and integrate with ERP/SAP and IAM platforms. Strong data governance and production support experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in MDM, data development, or enterprise systems.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Syndigo platforms (Syndigo MDM SAAS).
• Experience in Product, Location and Supplier Master Data domains.
• Solid understanding of data flows, interfaces, mappings, and production support considerations.
• Experience with data governance and master data management.
• CI/CD (Bitbucket, Jenkins).
• English B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end Syndigo MDM development covering Product, Location, and Supplier domains.
• Help define multi-domain data models, golden records, and develop governance workflows.
• Manage User Access Master Data including roles, permissions, and RBAC/ABAC models.
• Integrate Syndigo with ERP (SAP), IAM platforms, and other digital channels.
• Enforce Segregation of Duties and audit-ready access controls.
• Ensure data quality, security, compliance, and audit readiness.
