Job summary

TP in Kraków seeks a Privacy Specialist to enforce client privacy policies by analyzing European privacy requests from lawyers and individuals. You will review and process requests, following the client’s policy framework and guidelines, ensuring sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with policy specialists, maintain quality in every case, and develop skills across data and tools. Occasional support of English market and translation workflows may be required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English is essential.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and exercise judgment.
• Comfort with reviewing internet content that may be explicit or sensitive.
• Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming privacy requests through online tools and evaluate their validity.
• Continually educate yourself about policy changes with Training and Quality Departments.
• Collaborate with policy specialists to address cases using the client’s response framework.
• Maintain high-quality reviews and meet weekly productivity targets.
• Collaborate with team members to improve internal efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop skills across data, tools, and quality assessment.
• Support multiple workflows/markets as needed, including English market and Translation Tool usage.
