Job summary

ICG Warsaw-based role in Compliance Surveillance supports the Surveillance Programme across e-communications, trade surveillance and voice surveillance. You will review alerts, investigate context, document outcomes and escalate issues to strengthen the control framework.

Training will be provided and you will work across a small, growth-focused team. The role requires 2+ years in a surveillance or compliance function, good knowledge of EU/UK rules on market abuse, and familiarity with Bloomberg

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Surveillance or Compliance within banking, PE or asset management.
• Strong knowledge of European and UK regulation, especially Market Abuse.
• Familiarity with bond/credit markets; FX exposure is a plus.
• Experience with surveillance tools (e.g., Bloomberg) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support e-Communications Surveillance design, monitoring and escalation.
• Monitor trading activity to identify market abuse and best execution issues.
• Generate audit-ready surveillance reports and communicate outcomes.
• Develop knowledge of conflicts of interest and incorporate into surveillance.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Credit and Treasury across the organisation.
