Job summary

GFT Poland is looking for a Support Consultant with Kubernetes to join a global team. In Kraków, this hybrid role focuses on reliable Kubernetes operations, automation, and on-call support to ensure platform resilience across production environments.

You will diagnose issues, support deployments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and scalability of the Kubernetes platform.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes concepts, operations, and troubleshooting.
Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies.
Experience with Unix/Linux administration.
Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes.
Understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Openness to work hybrid from our client's office (Kraków) 6 days a month.
Participating in on call rotation.

Responsibilities

Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of the Kubernetes platform.
Diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues.
Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Kubernetes environments.
Troubleshoot incidents, performance bottlenecks, and integration issues.
Perform root cause analysis and implement reliability improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform resilience.
Monitor systems and analyze logs and performance dashboards.
Contribute to infrastructure automation and platform optimization.
Participate in an on-call rotation and provide weekend support.

What will you do?

Join a global team responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining an internal Kubernetes platform used by teams around the world. You will help ensure the reliability, availability, performance, and scalability of critical infrastructure services, support production environments, automate operational processes, and contribute to improving platform resilience.

Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of the Kubernetes platform
