Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering; materials/ME focus preferred.
• 3+ years in sustaining, product development, or optimization.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specs.
• Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.
• Strong English communication and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for design, reliability, and problem-solving.
• Evaluate and implement materials and components with qualification.
• Collaborate with Design Laboratories on testing activities.
• Identify alternative materials and drive cost and availability improvements.
• Develop product optimization initiatives for cost, efficiency, and reliability.
• Lead and support engineering change management processes.
