Solid Company invites motivated master's students to join a 10-week summer program in Risk Management disciplines in Poland, starting mid-June 2026. Participants receive functional and technical training, with hands-on learning in modelling, derivatives, risk management and soft skills such as presentation and communication.

Each analyst is paired with mentors to guide their development. The program provides exposure to Credit Risk, Counterparty Risk, Market Risk, Model Risk Management, Capital

Qualifications

• Pursuing a master's degree in one of the disciplines such as mathematics, quantitative finance, finance, accounting, statistics, engineering, science or other relevant major (preferred).
• Between penultimate and final year of university, with graduation date in March/July 2027.
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Cooperation and focus in achieving group and client objectives.
