Job summary

Capgemini Engineering Poland is seeking a Telecom Subscriber Management specialist to join our cross-functional delivery teams. You will design, integrate, validate, and deploy core network elements across complex telecom environments, ensuring smooth migration, testing, and acceptance with high quality and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with HLR/HSS/AUSF/UDM, 3G/4G/5G networks, Linux/Unix, virtualization, and scripting.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecom solution design, integration, or deployment.
• Hands-on knowledge of Subscriber Management components (HLR, HSS, AUSF/UDM, SDL, EIR, MNP, One-NDS).
• Experience with data migration and core network integration projects.
• Strong understanding of 3G/4G/5G networks.
• Linux/Unix proficiency and network configuration.
• Familiarity with virtualization and cloud technologies (VNF, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Scripting skills in Python, Shell, Perl, or Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Subscriber Management network elements.
• Deploy, integrate, validate, and test core network components.
• Prepare technical documentation including LLDs, CIQs, ATPs, and MOPs.
• Support database migration and onboarding activities.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive resolution.
• Coordinate test execution and customer acceptance.
• Collaborate with delivery, support, and R&D teams throughout the project lifecycle.
