Job summary

Capgemini Engineering seeks an experienced telecom professional to design, integrate, validate, and deploy Subscriber Management network elements across complex telecom environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation, migration, testing, and acceptance of solutions while upholding high quality standards and customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on experience with 3G/4G/5G networks, Linux/Unix, and cloud/virtualization technologies

Qualifications

• Experience in telecom solution design, integration, or deployment.
• Knowledge of Subscriber Management solutions such as HLR, HSS, AUSF/UDM, SDL, EIR, MNP, One-NDS.
• Experience with subscriber data migration and core network integration projects.
• Solid understanding of 3G/4G/5G mobile networks.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix environments and network configuration.
• Knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies, including VNF, Kubernetes, Docker, or similar platforms.
• Basic scripting skills in Python, Shell, Perl, or Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Subscriber Management network elements.
• Perform deployment, integration, validation, and testing activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, including LLDs, CIQs, ATPs, and MOPs.
• Support database migration and solution onboarding activities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and drive their resolution.
• Coordinate test execution and customer acceptance activities.
• Collaborate with delivery, support, and R&D teams throughout the project lifecycle.
