Care Access w Warszawie poszukuje pielęgniarki/pielęgniarza badań klinicznych do wykonywania powierzonych zadań zgodnie z GCP, zapewniając zgodność z protokołem i przepisami.

Twoje obowiązki obejmują monitorowanie uczestników, pobieranie krwi, wykonywanie EKG oraz przygotowywanie IP, a także współpracę z PI i zespołem badawczym. Wymagana jest ważna licencja pielęgniarska i doświadczenie w badaniach klinicznych.

Qualifications

• Aktywne prawo wykonywania zawodu pielęgniarki/pielęgniarza (licencja w dobrej pozycji)
• Doświadczenie w badaniach klinicznych mile widziane
• Umiejętność pobierania krwi i wkłuć IV
• Znajomość GCP i przepisów regulacyjnych
• Skuteczna komunikacja z Głównym Badaczem (PI) i zespołem

Responsibilities

• Opieka nad uczestnikami, monitorowanie i ocena kliniczna zgodnie z protokołem
• Procedury kliniczne, pobieranie krwi i zabezpieczanie próbek
• Przygotowywanie i podawanie IP, prawidłowe przechowywanie
• Zgodność z przepisami, BHP i rejestrami badawczymi
• Współpraca ze Zespołem Badawczym i PI, utrzymanie porządku w miejscu pracy
• Udział w spotkaniach zespołu i szkolenia

The Study Nurse conducts delegated clinical tasks and monitoring of research participantsin accordance withGood Clinical Practices (GCP), ensuring protocol and regulatory compliance.

Pielęgniarka / Pielęgniarz ds. Badań Klinicznych (Study Nurse) odpowiada za realizację powierzonych procedur medycznych oraz nadzór nad uczestnikami badania zgodnie z zasadami Dobrej Praktyki Klinicznej (GCP), dbając o pełną zgodność z protokołem i przepisami prawnymi.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Participant Care, Monitoring & Clinical Assessments

  • Clinical Monitoring of participants, per protocol. This may include monitoring vital signs, cardiac rhythm strips, pulse oximetry, etc.
  • Monitoring of participant for adverse reactions.
  • Conduct delegated clinical procedures as required per protocol.
  • Treat patients with standing orders for anaphylactic reactions.
  • Communicate regularly with the Principal Investigator (PI).

• Clinical Procedures, Phlebotomy & Specimen Management

  • Perform phlebotomy and insert IV catheters, as required.
  • Process and ship labs (independently or with limited supervision).
  • Performing electrocardiograms (independently or with limited supervision).

• Investigational Product (IP) Management

  • Preparation and administration of Investigational Product (IP; study drug).
  • Receipt and proper storage of investigational products.
  • Maintain Investigational Product records in accordance with regulations and sponsor requirements.
  • Maintain the blind of all study products where required.
  • Maintain proper storage, security and temperature for all medications and investigational products.

• Regulatory Compliance, Quality & Safety

  • Comply with regulatory requirements, policies, procedures, and standards of practice.
  • Comply with Safety and PPE standards.
  • Maintain appropriate research training and nursing licensure in good standing.

• Study Team Collaboration & Operational Support

  • Attend and participate in meetings with direct manager and study team.
  • Communicate regularly with the Principal Investigator (PI).
  • Maintain a clean work area.

• Opieka nad uczestnikami, monitorowanie i ocena kliniczna

  • Bieżące monitorowanie stanu zdrowia uczestników badania zgodnie z protokołem (m.in. kontrola parametrów życiowych, zapisu EKG, pulsoksymetrii).
  • Obserwacja pacjentów pod kątem wystąpienia zdarzeń niepożądanych.
  • Wykonywanie procedur medycznych i klinicznych przewidzianych w protokole.
  • Reagowanie i wdrożenie procedur w przypadku wystąpienia wstrząsu anafilaktycznego (zgodnie ze stałymi zleceniami lekarskimi).
  • Ścisła i regularna współpraca z Głównym Badaczem (PI).

• Procedury kliniczne, pobieranie i zabezpieczanie próbek

  • Pobieranie krwi oraz zakładanie wkłuć obwodowych (IV).
  • Samodzielne (lub z niewielkim wsparciem) przygotowywanie i wysyłka próbek do badań laboratoryjnych.
  • Samodzielne (lub z niewielkim wsparciem) wykonywanie badań EKG.
