Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operations, strategy, product, or consulting roles in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record of owning projects end-to-end and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguity.
• Data-driven mindset; proficient with Excel and SQL.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in crypto and blockchain ecosystems and regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Own key operational processes for crypto products.
• Lead initiatives from concept to execution across Engineering, Legal, Product, Risk, and Treasury.
• Design scalable, compliant processes across regions.
• Collaborate with crypto issuers, blockchain providers, liquidity venues, custodians, etc.
• Monitor and improve KPIs for crypto operations and product health.
• Support new market launches and adapt operations to jurisdictional requirements.
• Research market best practices and propose innovations for the roadmap.
• Partner with Product Managers to influence prioritisation and customer experience.

We're looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to play a critical role in delivering and scaling crypto products, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning key operational processes for crypto products

What You’ll Need

• 4+ years of experience in operations, strategy, product, or consulting roles in high-growth or fast-paced environments
• A track record of owning projects end-to-end and driving measurable outcomes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to operate in ambiguity
• A data-driven mindset and to comfortable using tools like Excel or SQL
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• An interest in crypto and blockchain ecosystems (products, infrastructure, regulatory landscape)

Nice to have

• Experience working on crypto, digital asset, or fintech products
• Exposure to regulated environments, especially in financial services and crypto
