Job summary

Premier Research Group is seeking a Director, Study Start Up-Poland to lead the SSU work within the Clinical Monitoring, Site Management and SSU team. You will oversee SSU performance in the region, manage staffing and resources, and drive timely project delivery.

The role requires strong experience in study start up, clinical trials, and regulatory knowledge across FDA, European procedures, and ISO14155 as applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or international equivalent, in a clinical, scientific or health-related field.
• 7–9 years of related health sciences experience, clinical trials support or pharma industry preferred.
• Direct experience in study start up roles highly preferred.
• 5–7 years of personnel management experience preferred.
• Expertise in ICH/GCP and/or ISO14155 requirements and country-specific regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides immediate oversight for the SSU performance and teams within the assigned region/s.
• Manages staffing and resources to ensure departmental utilization within region.
• Drives SSU teams to meet project timelines.
• Helps the SSU team improve knowledge, presentation skills and accountability.
• Collaborates with VP to determine, improve and apply global efficiencies and processes for SSU.
• Collaborates with SSU management in the US and other regions to align goals and objectives.
• Ensures the SSU process is proactive and completed according to contractual agreements.
• Applies principles of risk management.
