Mars is seeking a Sourcing Excellence Specialist in Warsaw for a hybrid position. You will lead negotiations and contracting across Mars segments, ensuring alignment with category strategies and strong supplier relationship management.

The role focuses on driving efficiency, risk management, and business impact within commercial categories. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of procurement experience, strong English skills, and a collaborative, urgent-working mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply, procurement, or related field is a plus.
• 3+ years of procurement experience including contracting in general services category is nice to have.
• Fluent English is essential; Polish is a nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations on behalf of Mars across segments and cross-regional spend.
• Contract to align with category strategies managed by Commercial team.
• Provide first line escalation on supplier issues.
