DADYMINDS HOLDINGS LLC seeks a Principal Research Strategist & Academic Indexing Director to architect how enterprise data becomes peer‑reviewed literature. Lead the Academic & Industrial Research Indexing stream and collaborate with C‑suite executives and senior scientists to elevate proprietary discoveries into published work.

Responsibilities include IMRAD structuring, bibliographic indexing across Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, IEEE, and rigorous data conversion pipelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Required) in quantitative fields; Ph.D. preferred.
• Proven track record of authored or edited peer‑reviewed papers in indexed journals.
• 5+ years in academic publishing, institutional research think tanks, or enterprise R&D.

Responsibilities

• Structure unstructured enterprise data into IMRAD papers for publication.
• Oversee citation architectures across APA, IEEE, and Chicago styles.
• Lead internal peer-review simulations to validate statistics and methods.
• Capture undocumented breakthroughs via diagnostic interviews and ensure defensible data provenance.
• Coordinate with C‑suite leaders and senior scientists to translate research into commercial assets.
• Direct metadata engineering, DOI generation, and open-access indexing deployment.
