You will supervise auditors, document SOPs, and package intellectual assets for licensing and monetization.

As a partner with founders and family office principals, you will shape IP strategy, ensure data security, and drive valuation growth prior to capital events.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher with focus on knowledge management, operations or IP.
• Demonstrated authoring of enterprise handbooks or audit deliverables.
• 5+ years advisory experience with founders, C-suite, or family offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead knowledge asset audits and monetize organizational know-how.
• Develop proprietary playbooks, training curricula, and licensing modules.
• Partner with founders and executives to de-risk key-person risk and monetize IP.
