To strengthen our Procurement team at the Poznan or Kalisz (Poland) site, we are looking for a Strategic Purchaser (m/w/d).

Your Profile
  • Technical or commercial training with further specialist training and/or a Bachelor's or Master's degree with an economic/technical focus.
  • Experience in strategic purchasing of raw materials, semi-finished products, and parts.
  • Knowledge and experience in category and supplier management.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Structured approach to tenders.
  • Flexibility, motivation, commitment, and willingness to travel occasionally.
  • High self-drive to identify potential for optimization and savings.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage.
  • Confident use of MS Office programs.
Responsibilities
  • Independent strategic purchasing of plastic molded/extruded parts, insulation, casted parts, turned parts, and metal anchors.
  • Analyzing material groups and developing suitable product strategies.
  • Conducting price negotiations.
  • Participating in international purchasing initiatives and coordinating global sourcing.
  • Collaborating with product management to structure the product portfolio.
  • Developing and optimizing purchasing processes.
  • Market observation and supplier selection.
  • Creating and analyzing supplier evaluations.
  • Conducting annual supplier meetings.
