Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Program & Portfolio Manager to drive product cost efficiency and business optimization. You will coordinate across product engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, supply chain, and commercial teams to execute complex improvement programs.

Responsibilities include evaluating proposals, tracking savings, and reporting progress to senior management, while advancing governance and decision-making processes in a global business context.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering, technology, business, or a related field.
• Experience in program or portfolio management within manufacturing or technology-oriented business.
• Ability to translate technical and financial information into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation capabilities with senior management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic initiatives focused on product cost efficiency, technology development, and business performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams across product engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, supply chain, and commercial functions.
• Evaluate investment proposals, assess financial impact, track savings, and measure outcomes.
• Develop structured portfolio management with clear priorities, oversight, and reporting.
• Improve governance frameworks, tools, and transparency for execution.
• Consolidate portfolio data and prepare management updates and analyses.
• Identify opportunities to improve collaboration and maximize commercial value.
