Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a senior leader to manage strategic manufacturing programs across operations, technology, quality and talent. The role drives industrial readiness, deployment of automated production lines, and digital transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, ensure financial targets are met, and collaborate with senior leadership to define organizational capabilities and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in manufacturing/operations or program management with ops or engineering.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs across Europe/EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Program Lifecycle from planning through launch with financials for the STP Program.
• Guide cross-functional teams to ensure technical and manufacturing readiness.
• Develop and execute project management plans for scope, schedule and budget.
• Oversee manufacturing readiness and ramp-up of automated production lines.
• Drive Industry 4.0 standards and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to define organizational needs and budgeting.
