Job summary

COLIBRIX ONE is seeking a Key Account Manager to build strong relationships with merchants, coordinating across departments in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will drive value by understanding client needs, advising on products, and ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing collaboration.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in regulated banking/payments, strong English and Russian skills, and a proactive, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in regulated banking/payments role.
• Higher education in Business Management, Economics or related field.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written communication with ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Fluency in English and Russian; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding and review documents.
• Advise customers on products and services.
• Establish sustainable customer relations.
• Maintain and update the client database.
• Act as single point of contact for merchant and liaise with finance, compliance, and operations.
