Job summary

Les Laboratoires Servier in Poland is seeking a Production Planning Specialist to lead end-to-end planning in a GMP environment. You will develop and update short-, mid-, and long-term plans, coordinate with manufacturing and QA, and ensure material availability and on-time delivery.

The role requires 2–3 years in supply chain planning within manufacturing, proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, Kinaxis Maestro, and advanced Excel, plus strong analytical and English skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in Supply Chain in a manufacturing company.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or FMCG advantageous.
• University degree (technical, Supply Chain, engineering or economics)
• Very good knowledge of ERP systems – SAP S/4HANA preferred
• Knowledge of APS planning tools – Kinaxis Maestro is a plus
• Experience in the S&OP process
• Advanced MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query)
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets
• Ability to identify risks and develop alternative planning scenarios
• Knowledge of MRP, MPS, and inventory planning parameters
• English at a professional level

Responsibilities

• Develop short-, mid-, and long-term production plans based on forecasts, orders, inventory, and capacities.
• Create and update production schedules considering constraints and material availability.
• Perform capacity analysis (RCCP/CRP) to ensure fulfillment and minimize shortages.
• Monitor daily execution and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
• Participate in S&OP process – data preparation, scenario analyses, recommendations.
• Support scheduling of NPI, intercompany transfers, and tech changes.
• Monitor KPIs (OTIF, inventory levels, turnover, capacity, schedule adherence).
• Identify bottlenecks and drive optimization actions across the supply chain.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects (Lean, planning optimization, digitalization).
• Ensure GMP compliance of planning processes and quality procedures.
