Job summary

Aristocrat Leisure in Kraków is seeking a Business Controller for our Gaming business in EMEA. You will own the balance sheet integrity, oversee movements, and partner with senior colleagues to drive financial performance.

This role leads a team of accountants, collaborates on ERP implementation, ensures governance, and translates financial outcomes into actionable insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in controllership and finance business partnering.
• Experience in multinational organisations and balance sheet management.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and governance compliance.
• ERP implementation experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrity and performance of the balance sheet for Gaming in EMEA.
• Oversee end-to-end balance sheet movements, reconciliations, and risk.
• Lead month-end close, variance analysis, and financial commentary.
• Provide financial judgement on accruals, provisions, revenue recognition.
• Partner with senior leaders to provide insight and challenge strategic decisions.
• Drive improvement through automation of finance processes.
