Job summary

You will plan conferences, develop campaign concepts, and draft after-action reports while coordinating with multinational partners. A bachelor or master in a related field and five years of relevant experience are required, with fluent English abilities. This is a long engagement that renews annually.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in military exercise planning or defence transformation.
• Experience drafting professional planning documents and reports.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Fluent professional English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning conferences and coordinate across the exercise enterprise.
• Develop, refine and document exercise campaign plans and concepts.
• Identify capability gaps and assess emerging capabilities using exercises.
• Support governance, synchronization and strategic alignment across the enterprise.
• Coordinate with multinational or interagency partners and external stakeholders.
• Draft formal reports, recommendations and after-action insights.
