Job summary

Cronos Europa is looking for an Enterprise Architect to strengthen their team in Warsaw, Poland. In this role, you will establish and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks while contributing to large-scale IT programmes within European Institutions.

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect within a complex organisation.
• Ability to analyse complex issues and develop effective solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, processes, and governance practices.
• Support programmes and projects in planning, risk management, and change management.
• Design and communicate enterprise architecture models, roadmaps, and solutions.

Skills

Enterprise and business architecture design

Modelling tools (Sparx, ARIS)

Business process understanding
