Job summary

Accenture Poland in Warsaw is seeking an experienced e-commerce consultant to join our team. You will combine business consulting with hands‑on knowledge of leading platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce (Magento), and Shopify to help clients shape digital commerce transformations.

You will work with cross‑functional teams on strategy, requirements, and platform implementations, including change management and user training, in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce consulting, digital commerce transformation, or commerce platform implementation.
• Strong knowledge of one or more leading e-commerce platforms: Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce (Magento), Shopify
• Experience defining and optimizing e-commerce business processes.
• Proven experience participating in or leading platform implementation projects.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience preparing business cases, requirements documentation, and solution recommendations.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on e‑commerce strategy, operating models, and digital commerce transformation initiatives.
• Analyze current business processes and define future‑state e‑commerce processes and customer journeys.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional solution designs.
• Evaluate, compare, and recommend e‑commerce platforms and technology vendors based on business needs.
• Manage end‑to‑end implementation projects, including: Requirements gathering, Solution design, Configuration oversight, Testing and user acceptance, Deployment and hypercare support.
• Collaborate with technical teams, system integrators, and business stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Support change management, user training, and process adoption activities.
