Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering analytics that drive business impact.

• Experience with ML, experimentation, and predictive analytics.
• Ability to communicate insights to executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain ML models for churn, upsell, ARR and forecasting.
• Design experiments to improve acquisition, retention, and expansion.
• Build scalable data pipelines and analytics datasets with governance.
• Translate findings into actionable business recommendations for execs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and RevOps to identify opportunities.
