Job summary

Vonage is seeking an experienced Applications Architect to shape data architecture for our cloud-based, multi-tenant unified communications platform. You will guide engineering teams and product managers, establishing the direction for data platforms that serve millions of users globally.

With 10+ years in software and data-heavy systems and a background in AI/ML-enabled features, you will influence architectural decisions without hands-on coding, driving scalable, high-quality data products

Qualifications

• 10+ years building software and data-heavy systems
• Experience designing AI/ML-enabled features
• Experience building scalable data products
• Cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS preferred)
• Fluent in Python, .NET, or JavaScript

Responsibilities

• Design and guide software and data architecture for multi-tenant customer data products
• Set architecture vision for analytics data platform and identify trends
• Collaborate with engineering teams and product managers to scope features and solve data challenges
• Engage with the Apps architecture team and lead architectural discussions
• Establish best practices, guidelines, and standards for data management
