Job summary
Heli-One, a global leader in helicopter maintenance, seeks a Senior Manager for CAMO & Technical Services to lead our Poland-based technical services capability. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, performance management, and cross-functional leadership across international teams.

Qualifications
- Aviation degree or equivalent aviation maintenance qualification.
- 5+ years in CAMO/Part M/Part 145/Part 21 environment.
- 5+ years leading large, multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of EASA regs and continuing airworthiness.
- Fluent English and Polish; aviation terminology proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead CAMO and Technical Services teams across regions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and Safety Management System.
- Develop and maintain CAMO exposition (CAME) per EASA requirements.
- Collaborate with regulators, OEMs, and customers for timely solutions.
- Drive performance, continuous improvement, and cost efficiency.
- Plan resources and long-term forecasts; monitor KPIs.
