Job summary

Heli-One, a global leader in helicopter maintenance, seeks a detail-oriented Technical Records Coordinator to join our Poland team in Jasionka near Rzeszów. You will manage aircraft maintenance records in electronic and paper formats, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will work with operations, CAMO, and technical specialists to maintain records, update logbooks, monitor Airworthiness Directives, and archive documentation in AMOS and AirVault.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • English language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update aircraft maintenance records in paper and electronic formats.
  • Update and maintain engine logbooks, component records, and other technical documentation.
  • Identify, investigate, and report discrepancies in maintenance records.
  • Liaise with customers, CAMO organizations, and internal CHC/HH departments.
  • Archive aircraft maintenance records in accordance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor technical publications, including Airworthiness Directives and maintenance data.

About The Role

Heli-One, a global leader in helicopter maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Technical Records Coordinator to join our team in Poland. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in the aviation industry while playing a vital role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of aircraft maintenance records. You will work closely with operational teams, customers, CAMO organizations, and technical specialists to ensure that aircraft and component records are updated, controlled, and maintained in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.

As a Technical Records Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing aircraft maintenance records in both electronic and paper formats, supporting continuing airworthiness activities, and ensuring accurate record keeping to the highest industry standards.

  • Maintain and update aircraft and component maintenance records in both paper and electronic formats.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of line maintenance, base maintenance, and workshop maintenance documentation using systems such as AMOS and AirVault.
  • Update and maintain engine logbooks, component records, and other technical documentation.
  • Identify, investigate, and report discrepancies or inconsistencies in maintenance records.
  • Liaise with customers, CAMO organizations, and internal CHC and Heli-One departments.
  • Archive aircraft maintenance records in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain technical publications, including Airworthiness Directives and maintenance data.
What We Are Looking For
Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree or higher education qualification, preferably in Aviation, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work within established procedures, processes, and quality standards.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • English language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous experience managing or maintaining technical records within an EASA Part-145 and/or CAMO environment.
  • Experience using aviation maintenance management systems such as AMOS, AirVault, or similar platforms.
