Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar finance position.

• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels of management.
• Ability to work independently under time pressure to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Administer validation of cash discounts and shortages by 3rd party customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collect invalid cash discounts and shortages from 3rd party customers.
• Provide insight and analytical support for deduction root cause analysis and solutions.
• Serve as first level contact for 3rd party customers on deductions.
• Manage AR activities: contracts, allowances, accruals, billing, cash application, deductions, invoices, reporting.
• Lead process improvement initiatives with cross-functional impact.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis for special projects.
• Perform internal process audits and regular sales reporting.
