Job summary

HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center's Digital & Technology Team searching for an experienced D&T AI Procurement Solution Lead to drive AI-enabled procurement platforms and solutions. You will lead a team of technology specialists, partner with business stakeholders, and help define the future of AI within Procurement.

You will define and execute the AI roadmap, lead Agile delivery, and ensure scalable, secure architectures while managing partnerships with vendors and technology teams across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years delivering technology solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience leading product teams, technology specialists, and external partners.
• Strong experience with AI, GenAI, automation, analytics, and enterprise platform integration.
• Experience working in Agile environments and product operating models.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Test automation experience.
• Relevant technology, cloud, AI, or Agile certifications.
• Experience in Procurement technology ecosystems like SAP Ariba, ERP platforms, analytics solutions, and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technology professionals and business analysts.
• Drive workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and capability development.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
• Own Architecture and Governance.
• Drive AI Product Delivery.
• Define and execute the Procurement AI roadmap with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Lead Agile product delivery using Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.
• Establish scalable delivery, support, and service management models.
• Enable Business Transformation through AI.
• Oversee solutions including Intelligent Automation (RPA + AI + GenAI), Predictive Analytics for spend forecasting and supplier risk management, AI-assisted sourcing, contracting, and buying, and AI integration with Procurement platforms.
