Job summary

N Consulting Limited is seeking an Agile Lead (Continuous Improvement) to join the Digital Business Automation team in Krakow, Poland. This role requires strong expertise in Agile methodologies and delivery management to lead a new technology POD. Responsibilities include facilitating Agile ceremonies, driving process optimization initiatives, and partnering with stakeholders for successful delivery. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in Agile roles and is a Certified Scrum Master. Competitive salary of zł800 - zł900 per day offered for this 6-month contract.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Continuous Improvement roles within IT or technology organisations.
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.
Proven experience driving process improvement initiatives within technology environments.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Enable teams to deliver value incrementally.
Identify process inefficiencies and optimize delivery.
