Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (Heineken Business Services Poland) seeks a senior finance leader to join our expanding team of experts in finance and accounting. You will drive IFRS-compliant reporting, internal controls, and strategic insights across OpCos while partnering with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities include budgeting, cost management, risk mitigation, and talent development aligned with our values of integrity and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) recommended.
• 8-10 years of accounting/financial analysis experience.
• At least 5 years in managing people.
• Strong stakeholder and communication management skills.
• Experience in multi-national Shared Service Organisations.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set operational strategy and team objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve experience and governance.
• Assess and mitigate operational risk; act as escalation point.
• Drive end-to-end finance improvements and cost reduction.
• Oversee budgeting and cost control; rightsize team as needed.
• Ensure IFRS-compliant balance sheet reporting for OpCos.
• Coordinate external audits for Group and local purposes.
• Recruit and onboard leadership talent; mentor teams.
