Job summary

Nike Inc in Gdańsk is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver premium consumer experiences. You will drive store performance, coach the team, and ensure NIKE standards across operations, service, and engagement.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced retail environment, strong English and Polish skills, and a passion for sport. You will collaborate with field and HQ to share best practices and grow the business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in store management.
• Good command of English and Polish, both written and spoken.
• Experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people management.
• A passion for NIKE, sport, and creating exceptional consumer experiences.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong coaching skills and the ability to motivate others to deliver their best.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends.
• Confidence in using tools to support employee coaching, feedback, conflict resolution, and performance conversations.
