Job summary

Nike Inc in Gdańsk is seeking a Store Manager to lead our flagship Nike store. You will inspire a premium, energetic environment and guide a diverse team to deliver exceptional consumer experiences.

You’ll drive performance through budgets, targets, service standards, and engagement, while partnering with field teams to share best practices and ensure Nike standards are met. Passion for sport and people leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in store management.
• Good command of English and Polish.
• Experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people management.
• A passion for Nike, sport, and creating exceptional consumer experiences.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
